We offer great opportunities to grow with our company portfolio which consists of 12 brands (BMW Mercedes Ford Lincoln Hyundai Genesis Lamborghini Aston Martin Rolls Royce Koenigsegg Mclaren and Lotus) across 4states (Georgia South Carolina North Carolina and Florida)What we offer:Free Health Insurance Option Available401k Match Options AvailableHSA company match contributionDental and Vision Insurance AvailablePaid Vacations Holiday Pay PTO payCareer advancement opportunities promote from withinDiscounts onproducts and servicesFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityResponsibilitiesBook warranty repair orders and submit claims of manufacturer warrantyMaintain receivables schedules; service contract claim submission and follow upWork closely and effectively with team of technicians service writers and supervisorsCoordinates with vendors and manufacturers to ensure prompt receipt and shipment of replacement partsCommunicate with Service Advisors to define the scope of a warranty claimProcess all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and to verify criteriaArrange for parts for shipment to factory or distributorReconcile all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain payments; keep track of all services and customer records as required by warrantorStays abreast of all factory recalls announcements and proceduresEstablish and build positive relationships with the manufacturers designated warranty representatives and the representative of any aftermarket warranty company with which the dealership conducts businessReview every warranty repair order written for proper completion accuracy and legibility according to the applicable policies and procedure manualsFigure out the applicable labor operation code failure codes and/or other administrative data required and enter them on ordersEnsure that all deductibles are properly documented so they are collected from the customer at the time of repair completion/deliveryReview all returned and/or rejected warranty claims and prepare the repair orders for immediate resubmissionMaintain record of all claims submitted returned/rejected and paid and their current statusEstablish and maintain a record and control of the physical inventory of parts to be returned inspected or scrapped by the manufacturer or other warranty authorityProvide a weekly report to the service manager regarding claims statusReport to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety welfare or integrity of the dealership its employees or customersQualificationsWarranty experience preferredAttention to detailAbility to work well with others and be part of a teamProficiency Microsoft OfficeGeneral accounting knowledge preferredValid drivers license and clean driving recordWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment withoutregard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protectedveteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristicprotected by federal state or local laws.
