The Wash Rack Associate is responsible for safely washing and cleaning of inventory. This position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally this position serves as local support for the yard operations team.The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the companys mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.Essential Functions:Models promotes reinforces and rewards the consistent use of HOLTs Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision Values and MissionWashes and cleans machines worktools or other items as necessary to prepare for shipping inspection or repair.
