This role focuses on instructing participants using proper form and technique to promote fitness in a fun and supportive environment.Requirements:Ability to work evenings & Mondays.Current certification in aerobics and/or water aerobics, or prior experience leading water aerobics classes.CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certification preferred.Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives.A natural ability to build rapport and inspire others.Commitment to upholding the YMCA's core values.Successful candidates must pass a background check and drug test.Pay & Perks: $22-$25 per class, based on experience.
