Full job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, with experience in water damage restoration, an understanding of mold remediation, and general cleaning. As a Water Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping clients recover from unfortunate events by setting the homeowner/business owner at ease through your knowledge and understanding of the water mitigation process. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that we provide the highest quality service to our customers. Duties Conduct water damage restoration tasks, including, inspections, extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various restoration tasks, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects. Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with water damage restoration processes and equipment usage. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to construction and restoration work. Ability to perform general cleaning tasks as part of the restoration process. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
