This position supports water mitigation structural drying demolition and cleanup efforts after property damage events. The ideal candidate is dependable safety-focused and willing to learn industry-specific procedures and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with water extraction structural drying and moisture mappingPerform demolition tasks including removal of drywall flooring insulation and other affected materialsSet up operate and monitor mitigation equipment (air movers dehumidifiers HEPA vacuums etc.)Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites vehicles and equipmentFollow instructions from Crew Leads and Project ManagersComplete documentation photos and job notes as requiredSafely handle and dispose of debris and materialsUse proper PPE at all timesAssist with mold remediation tasks as neededSupport emergency on-call response for after-hours water lossesRequirementsAbility to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding laborComfortable working in various environments including crawl spaces attics and wet/damp conditionsReliable transportation and punctual attendanceAbility to follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriatelyValid drivers license with an insurable driving record (preferred)Ability to pass a background screening (required by program guidelines)Experience in restoration construction or manual labor (preferred but not required)Willingness to participate in on-call rotationAbility to work overtime weekends and nights as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience using industry platforms such as Mitigate DASH or MICAIICRC WRT Certification (preferred not required)Construction background is a plusBenefits (If applicable)Medical dental and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchCompany uniforms and PPE providedOpportunities for advancement and industry certifications Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour We Build Careers - Steve White President and COO With over 300 locations across North America and Canada PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water fire mold biohazard and other conditions resulting in property damage.
