This position is responsible for the installation service maintenance and repair of Culligan and non-Culligan water treatment systems in residential and commercial settings.Our technicians play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and reliable high-quality water solutions. We are willing to train the right individual who shows initiative integrity and a desire to learn a skilled trade.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair water treatment equipment efficientlyInstall maintain and upgrade residential and commercial systemsComplete all paperwork accurately thoroughly and on timeAssist team members with delivery or installation work as neededMaintain company vehicles tools and equipment in safe working conditionCommunicate professionally and positively with customers and coworkersProvide excellent customer service and represent the company with integrityFollow all safety guidelines company procedures and Culligan service standardsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDTechnical or mechanical experience requiredPlumbing experience preferred (but not required)Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenanceClean driving record (must be insurable)Ability to pass:Background checkDrug screeningWorkSTEPS physical assessmentStrong communication skills reliability and attention to detailAbout CulliganCulligan Water has over 80 years of experience in water treatment for residential commercial and industrial applications.
