You will get to experience what the great outdoors of Western North Carolina and South Carolina have to offer.YMCA Camp Greenville is seeking a cause-driven leader to fulfill the role of Waterfront Coordinator. This person will serve as the leader of our waterfront and all activities there accept the ownership of running a waterfront efficiently and guide our team of lifeguards in facilitating a safe and fun environment.We are welcoming: we are open to all. Coordinates bi-weekly in-service for lifeguards and key staff as well as camper waterfront check in.Support cabin leader staff when not in program area and fill in for cabin leaders at times.Ability to work with participants of all backgrounds.Serve as a role model upholding our camp values and working with integrity creativity and safety in mind at all times.Responsible for the health and well-being of the campers mentally emotionally and physically during their time at campMust approach responsibilities in a fun creative enthusiastic and professional manner.Other ResponsibilitiesAdhere to policies related to boundaries with consumersAttend/complete required abuse risk management trainingAdhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising consumersFollow mandated reporting requirementsAdhere to job specific abuse risk management responsibilitiesQualificationsAt least 21 years old by June 20226.Currently Lifeguard Certified or held a certification within the last 2 years and willing to recertify.CPR/First Aid Certified a part of the lifeguard certification.Management of lifeguards/waterfront setting.Preferred:Experience lifeguarding in a waterfront/lake setting.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Microsoft Office,Public Relations,Google Docs,Data Collection,MailChimp,Microsoft Word,Dermal Fillers,Microsoft Powerpoint,Research Experience,Microsoft Excel,Adobe Photoshop,Writing Skills Employment Type : Temp Experience: years Vacancy: 1
