What You'll Do:

• Represent clients in all phases of eviction litigation-from intake through judgment and enforcement
• Manage a high-volume caseload with autonomy and precision
• Conduct court appearances, negotiations, mediations, and trial work
• Provide strategic counsel to landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and notices with efficiency and clarity
