JOB DESCRIPTION
Broker-Dealer Operations Support
The Broker-Dealer Operations Support role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to support our field force. This position plays a critical role in planning capacity, improving workflows, supporting the operations team, and partnering with firm leaders to drive efficiency and service quality. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, broad operational administration, covering grey areas, workflows, and relationship management for our field force. You excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the ability to create relationships with senior leaders across firms we partner with.
You will
- Lead capacity planning for our Guardian India operations partners
- Oversee and manage all broker-dealer operations work queues
- Own and maintain the operations training curriculum in partnership with our Training & Development Team
- Partner with Third-Party platform owners on operational support and optimization
- Design, implement, and manage operational workflows
- Perform quarterly billing reviews & reconciliation
- Own and produce operations monthly newsletter
- Effectively lead and/or collaborate on department projects and initiatives
- Perform comprehensive tracking and data analytics
You have
- 3-5 years of experience in broker-dealer operations
- Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technological aptitude and comfort learning new systems
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple processes or projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- FINRA licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66) preferred
Salary Range: $59,110.00 - $88,660.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
