Web Developer at Arena Staffing

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based staffing and recruiting technology company that connects great talent with great companies. Were looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer to join our fully remote engineering team and help us build and scale our platform. Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain responsive front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks ( preferred) Build and maintain server-side logic and APIs ( Express or similar) Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to implement new features and improve performance Write clean maintainable and well-documented code Optimize applications for speed scalability and SEO Integrate third-party services and APIs Perform code reviews and troubleshoot production issues Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and best practices Requirements 3 years of professional web development experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 Hands-on experience with (hooks context Redux or similar state management) Experience with and RESTful/GraphQL APIs Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools (Webpack Vite etc.) Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment Must-Have You must currently reside in the United States You must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen permanent resident or existing valid work permit no visa sponsorship available) Nice to Have Experience with Tailwind CSS or TypeScript Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Vercel etc.) Previous work in HR tech recruiting platforms or marketplace productsWhat We Offer Fully remote position (work from anywhere in the U.S.) Health dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO Home office stipend Professional development budget Collaborative and supportive team culture If youre a self-motivated developer who thrives in a remote environment and wants to make an impact at a growing U.S. company wed love to hear from you!
