MicroHealth is seeking a Web Developer with strong expertise in web development using SQL Server and JavaScript with a proven track record of delivering high-visibility projects with complex requirements in an agile environmentResponsibilities:Design develop and maintain web applications SQL Server and JavaScriptCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environmentImplement database solutions with optimal performanceContribute to data analysis and visualization initiativesManage version control and deployment processesIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecksMentor junior developers and provide technical guidanceTechnical Skills:Core Technologies:JavaScript (advanced proficiency).NET framework and ecosystemSQL Server database managementHTML5 and related web technologiesDatabase Management:Experience with database systems including SQL Server MySQL or PostgreSQLAdvanced SQL querying techniques for complex data retrievalDatabase schema design with proper indexing strategiesProficiency with database migration tools (e.g. Alembic)Data Analysis and Visualization:Knowledge of data analysis libraries (Pandas NumPy)Experience with visualization tools (Matplotlib Plotly)Proficiency with Data Bricks notebooksUnderstanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processesVersion Control:Extensive experience with Git/GitHub/GitLabUnderstanding of branching models (e.g. GitFlow)Experience resolving merge conflicts efficientlyFamiliarity with Git submodules or subtreesPerformance Optimization:Ability to analyze system performance bottlenecksExperience with caching mechanisms (Redis Memcached)Knowledge of front-end and back-end optimization techniquesProficiency in performance profiling toolsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of experience in web development using SQL Serverand JavaScriptStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit.
