Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex web applications and solutions. Work closely with product owners business stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements and technical strategies. Oversee development efforts ensuring high-quality coding standards security practices and performance optimization. Conduct technical reviews troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance during development and deployment cycles. Drive integration efforts with backend services APIs cloud platforms and third-party systems. Mentor and guide junior developers and team members fostering a collaborative engineering environment. Contribute to DevOps pipelines CI/CD configurations and automation initiatives to improve release reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards accessibility requirements and organizational governance. Support scalability planning system performance tuning and long-term technical roadmap development. Stay informed about emerging technologies frameworks and tools to recommend modernization opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications 12 years of experience in web development and engineering roles with proven leadership responsibilities. Strong expertise in modern web technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript TypeScript and responsive design. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React Angular or . Strong backend development experience using or similar technologies. Solid understanding of RESTful services API integrations microservices and cloud-native architectures. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud. Proficiency in DevOps concepts including CI/CD containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and version control (Git). Strong understanding of application security performance optimization and web accessibility standards.
