For information about ABMs benefits visitABM Employee Benefits Front Line Team Members (Programa de Beneficios de ABM).Pay rate is $16 per hourPaid WeeklyBasic Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to pass a background screeningNo experience required on the job training can be providedNo High School Diploma GED or college degree requiredSafety Toe shoes required (composite or steel toe) with slip-resistant solesPreferred Qualifications:Customer service experience1 year of similar work experienceResponsibilities:Availability to work evenings (second shift) on Monday through FridayReport to the Saturday Shift Lead and overall Site Supervisor as neededCapable of standing and moving for long periods of timeCapable of lifting and moving items up to 45lbsClean and maintain cleanliness of buildings/facilitiesFollow company procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors fixtures and equipmentNotify Lead/Supervisor concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systemsEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the company clients and regulatory authoritiesClean and dust furniture fixtures floors ceilings walls racks machines and equipmentMove boxes furniture crates pallets and equipment to clean areas either manually or by using hand trucks or manual pallet jackClean interior partition glass windows glass partitions and mirrors using appropriate cleaners microfiber towels sponges and squeegeesGather and empty trash to appropriate compactorMaintain outside around the building to keep free of trash and debrisSweep or use blower on walkways to remove leaves cut grass remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasksWipe and clean tabletops chairs and equipment in food areasService clean and supply restrooms and locker roomsRemove recycling from specified locations and transport to appropriate compactorsClean floors using booms dust mops dust pans mop and bucket appropriate scrubber machines and cleaning supplies to maintain service for workers and present a clean and kept appearance Key Skills Environment,ABB,Community Support,Irrigation,Loans,Filing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
