Weekend Companion Caregiver (Live-In | Non-Medical) at ABC Home and Commercial

Schedule: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
Job Type: Part-time, Weekend, Live-In
Compensation: Weekend flat rate (meals included) $550 

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Weekend Companion Caregiver to provide companionship, care, and weekend oversight for a senior family member living on a private ranch in Marble Falls.

This role focuses on companionship, safety and care. The individual is mobile, independent, and functions reasonably well. 

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare 2-3 precooked meals per day
• Assist with bodily needs
• Help with personal hygiene
• Help with dressing
• Administering medications
• Daily exercising - walking
• Provide conversation and participate in card playing and board games
• Be present in home overnight and during day starting at 5:00 pm Friday and ending 8:00 am Monday
• Contact family or emergency services if a fall occurs or some other type of emergency
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive presence.

 Qualifications:

• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable staying overnight
• Experience with elderly companionship preferred 
• CNA, CMA, Med Tech or CPR/First Aid a plus
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
