We are seeking a caring and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide one-on-one care for a 49-year-old male client in a home setting.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide care for a non-verbal, ambulatory client with a history of autism and seizure disorder. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with feeding
• Providing incontinence care
• Monitoring for seizure activity and implementing seizure precautions
• Documenting care
• Ensuring the client's safety and well-being

Schedule:

• Weekends, Sundays, and Mondays
• Flexible hours based on nurse availability

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN or LPN license
• Experience with developmental disabilities or seizure disorders preferred, but not required
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication, professionalism, and compassionate patient care skills
