Cooperating with treatment team to develop or oversee safety plans. Training staff on the implementation of behavior plans. Managing weekend staffing patterns. The ideal candidate will have:A masters degree in a human services field and/or experience supervising other staff in residential or outpatient settings. (Bachelors degree required for position.) An ability to complete tasks in a timely and thorough manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
