You'll support production, help keep the shop running smoothly, and gain exposure to welding, fabrication, and equipment operation.

What You'll Do

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Move, prep, and handle materials throughout the shop
• Use hand tools such as grinders, sanders, and basic power tools
• Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks
• Perform simple grinding, sanding, and tack?weld prep work
• Inspect materials for accuracy and quality
• Restock supplies and maintain shop equipment

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or production
• Comfortable using tools and working around machinery
• Able to lift, carry, and stay active throughout a 12?hour shift
• Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor areas
• Reliable, safety?minded, and eager to learn new skills

Basic welding or grinding experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
