Welder - 1st & 2nd Shift Needed at Crucial Link Group

Job Description Job Description Crucial Link Welder - Mig, Tig, FCAW 1st & 2nd Shift Needed $19-23/hr
Responsibilities:

• Maintain a good attendance record, per our employee handbook
• Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and co-workers as outlined by the company's policies.
• Welding - you will be required to operate equipment using processes such as:

Gas metal arc Flux-cored arc Shielded metal arc TIG welding within the parameters outlined in our weld procedures. Welds will be cleaned and inspected for quality and attention to detail.

• Knowledge and use of hand tools of the trade. - All Munroe welders and layout/Fitters are expected to properly and safely use tools of their trade which include, but are not limited to; all required PPE at all times while in the shop, various grinders, tape measure, torches, plasma cutting torch, powered saws, calipers and other precision measuring equipment.
• Material Handling - Knowledge and safe use of overhead cranes, jibs hoist and fork lifts.

Minimum requirements:

• Candidate should have a basic welding aptitude and knowledge. A technical degree or related work experience with ASME code and pressure welding is preferred.
• Must possess basic blue print reading skills and weld procedure interpretation
• Pre-employment drug screen, and physical is mandatory
• Must be able to wear, use, and facilitate all required PPE

Physical Requirements
- Lift a minimum of 50 - 70 lbs.
- This is primarily a standing position, with the majority of tasks be completed in the standing position. Some overhead reaching, walking, bending and stooping may be required. Requirements
