Job Description Job Description Welder Join Our Team We are looking for an experienced and motivated Welder to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and production requirements. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and weld symbols.
  • Set up and adjust welding equipment to ensure proper weld quality and penetration.
  • Produce clean, consistent, and structurally sound welds that meet quality standards.
  • Utilize fixtures, jigs, and measuring tools to accurately assemble and weld parts.
  • Inspect finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Operate robotic welding equipment and automated weld cells as assigned.
  • Safely operate welding-related equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Perform basic material handling using forklifts and overhead cranes when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment, or completion of a vocational welding program.
  • Strong knowledge of MIG welding processes, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques.
  • Ability to perform vertical, flat, and overhead welds with excellent quality and penetration.
  • Experience using oxy-acetylene cutting and heating equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, AWS welding symbols, tape measures, angle finders, and precision measuring tools.
  • Strong math skills, including working with measurements, angles, and the metric system.
  • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is preferred.
  • Ability to work in various positions, including kneeling, crouching, bending, and climbing ladders when necessary.
  • Dependable attendance and commitment to working a full-time schedule.

Pay range $23-30 DOE
