We are hiring welders at all experience levels to support the production of exhaust systems used in power generation, oil and gas, marine, locomotive, construction, and off-road industries. This role offers steady work, multiple shifts, growth opportunities, and a modern manufacturing environment.

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• Weekend Shift

Position overview:

You will perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel with a mix of custom and production-style work. The ability to read blueprints and weld symbols is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel
• Tack welding and assembling exhaust systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols
• Supporting fabrication tasks (brake press, shear, roller, etc.)
• Assisting with general shop duties to expand skills

Required skills:

• MIG welding proficiency (entry, mid, and expert levels encouraged to apply)
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• General metal fabrication experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with plasma cutting and TIG welding
• Familiarity with wire feed techniques
• Ability to use brake presses and fabrication tools
• (school, farm, hobby, professional)

Job type & location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Northfield, MN.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
