Job Summary

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator with strong fabrication and welding experience to join our team. This position involves assembling and welding custom metal components used in industrial equipment and heat exchangers. Candidates must have experience with MIG, TIG, and brazing processes and be comfortable working from blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, and brazing welding on steel, stainless steel, copper, and other alloys

Fabricate and weld components ranging from small assemblies to large industrial pipe coils

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications

Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment

Grind, deburr, and finish weldments as required

Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity

Follow ASME standards and safety procedures

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Welder/Fabricator experience

Welding or Metal Forming Certification required

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with MIG and TIG welding processes

Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings

Proficient with measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
