Position Overview

We're hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves MIG and TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to precise specifications. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment based on project requirements

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts accurately and safely

Prepare parts and materials for welding, including layout and fit-up

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all company safety protocols and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Support setup for repeat/serial production runs

Inspect and measure completed welds for accuracy and quality

Prepare finished parts for shipment

Assist with other shop tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Minimum 2 years of on-the-job MIG and TIG welding experience

Experience welding carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

Skilled with measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges

Familiar with the metric system

Basic math skills, including converting between fractions and decimals

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work

Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs

Basic computer skills a plus

Position requires pre-employment background check

Operating hours are 6 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday. The 50,000-foot facility is climate-controlled.
