Welder Fabricator at G&F Manufacturing Company
JOB DESCRIPTION
Stainless steel tank manufacturing company located in Oak Lawn is looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This individual must be comfortable with stainless steel welding.
Shift: 1st 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Pay: DOE
Qualifications:
o Experience with MIG and TIG welding
o Able to weld with various materials and thicknesses from Sheetmetal to large plate
o Sanitary stainless welding and cleaning a plus
o Familiarity with shear, press-break, and rolling operations
o The ideal candidate is mechanically oriented and has experience working with larger industrial equipment
o Trained in safe operation of overhead hoists and lifting methods
o Ability to read and understand blueprints, and bill of materials
o A self-motivated team player who enjoys being busy and can prioritize jobs with the plant manager
o Physical ability to lift 50lb
o Strong work ethic, reliable, and always have a constructive attitude
o Minimum experience of 3 - 5 years
