Welder - First Shift at Aerotek
JOB DESCRIPTION
Welder
1st shift $ 20- 25
Responsibilities
- Operate welding machines to bond materials.
- Interpret blueprints to plan work.
- Determine welding positions and types of metal to be fused.
- Select and set up welding equipment.
- Ensure welds meet established standards and specifications.
- Comply with all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Skill in machine operation and welding.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience or schooling in welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Certificate or Associate degree in welding.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hobart, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
