Responsibilities

• Operate welding machines to bond materials.
• Interpret blueprints to plan work.
• Determine welding positions and types of metal to be fused.
• Select and set up welding equipment.
• Ensure welds meet established standards and specifications.
• Comply with all Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Skill in machine operation and welding.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or schooling in welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certificate or Associate degree in welding.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hobart, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
