Key Responsibilities Perform various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) according to specifications. Read and accurately interpret blueprints engineering drawings and welding symbols. Set up operate and maintain welding equipment and tools. Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure quality strength and adherence to standards. Prepare metal surfaces by grinding cutting and cleaning prior to welding. Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick). Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Strong adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards. Physical dexterity stamina and ability to lift and manipulate heavy components. Relevant welding certifications (e.g. AWS D1.1). Bonus Qualifications AWS D1.1 D1.2 or other specialized code certifications. Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g. TIG MIG Stick) across various material types. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and schematics. Experience with robotic welding or automated welding systems. Basic fabrication skills including cutting grinding and fitting.
