Job Details
We are seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. This role is responsible for welding and fabricating metal components to exact specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in multiple welding processes, and thrives in a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
Set up welding equipment, select proper materials, and adjust settings for optimal results
Fabricate, fit, and assemble components to meet precise tolerances
Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
Grind, polish, and finish welds as required
Work closely with fabrication and machining teams to ensure project success
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
