Perform various welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick) on different materials. Operate and maintain welding equipment tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect finished welds for quality accuracy and adherence to specifications. Fabricate and assemble metal components according to design specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Clean and prepare surfaces for welding. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick Flux-core) Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production welding environment AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Bonus Qualifications Experience with robotic or automated welding systems. AWS D1.1 D1.2 or D1.6 certification. Proficiency in interpreting complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols. Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
