LSI is hiring for Welders (MIG)!Job Description: As a MIG Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards for safety, durability, and performance. Using your expertise in MIG welding, you will interpret blueprints, follow precise specifications, and ensure that every weld meets quality and safety requirements.With a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, you bring the skills and precision needed to thrive in this fast-paced role. Your ability to read and understand mechanical drawings will ensure accuracy in every project you take on. Daily responsibilities will include setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting welds for quality and consistency, and collaborating closely with team members to meet production goals.Proficiency in operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other shop equipment is a plus, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace is essential. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will contribute to your success in this position.
