Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on mild steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld instructions
- Fabricate and weld custom and production parts
- Build structures of various sizes and complexity
- Operate fabrication equipment and shop machinery
- Assist other departments as needed
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
- Work in a team-oriented fabrication shop environment
Qualifications
- Welding degree OR equivalent on-the-job welding experience
- Experience with MIG and/or Flux-Core welding
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Fabrication shop experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

This is a Permanent position based out of Prior Lake, MN.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
