Job Description Crucial Link is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Fabrication Welder proficient in flux core welding in accordance with American Welding Society (AWS) standards. The ideal candidate will have six months to a year of experience in welding and fabrication. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to achieve AWS 3G certification within six months of employment.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform flux core welding tasks according to AWS standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Operate welding equipment and tools efficiently and safely.
• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
