Minutemen Staffing is now hiring Entry Level MIG Welders for a local Steel Fabrication company.

Shift - Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm (occasional overtime)

Pay - $19 an hr. (Pay is weekly)!

Temp to Hire Position

Job Duties:

• Layout of Structural Steel
• Blueprint Reading
• Saw Cutting, Grinding and other misc. fabrication responsibilities
• Mechanical assembly of mis. components

Job Requirements:

• Able to pass AWS D1. 1 Weld Test
• Excellent communication skills to work with team
• Great attendance
• Able to stand, lift and bend as needed
