Key Responsibilities Perform various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) on diverse materials. Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols. Inspect finished welds for quality defects and adherence to specifications. Fabricate and assemble metal components according to project requirements. Operate and maintain welding equipment tools and machinery. Grind cut and prepare metal surfaces for welding. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick). Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols. Strong understanding and adherence to welding safety protocols and PPE. Physical dexterity hand-eye coordination and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience working with various metal types (e.g. carbon steel stainless steel aluminum). Relevant welding certification (e.g. AWS Certified Welder).
