About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Welder with experience in MIG and TIG welding to join our fabrication team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welding metal components with precision and consistency, helping us deliver high-quality, American-made products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Set up welding machines based on job requirements and materials
Inspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
Complete each job on schedule while maintaining required output levels
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with Supervision and team members to meet goals and deadlines
Requirements:
MIG and TIG welding experience
Ability to successfully obtain an AWS weld certification in 90 days
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints) and weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with shop tools, safety protocols, and general fabrication processes
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing tasks
May place and align weld pieces in jigs, fixtures, or guides, utilizing measuring instruments and hand tools.
Be able to fit and prep (prepare) parts for welding
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!)
Pay: Based on experience
