Daily Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding with minimal supervision, following Weld Process Specifications (WPS) Set up welding equipment and complete weldments per AWS codes and blueprint requirements Weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components with precision Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, rulers, and dial calipers Operate material handling equipment related to welding tasks Conduct minor maintenance on welding equipment and tools Ensure welds pass visual inspections and destructive testing standards Maintain assigned tools and equipment in proper working condition Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 6 months of welding experience Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding procedures and setup Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions Detail-oriented with strong quality and inspection awareness Basic math skills for measurements and conversions Ability to operate hand tools, air tools, and electric grinders High school diploma or equivalent experience Ability to stand, reach, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for 8-10-hour shifts Flexibility to work overtime or adjust shifts during peak production Must adhere to the basic warehouse attire dress code Schedule & PayPay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour (based on welding experience)Shift: Second Shift: 2:30 PM-1:00 AM Monday-ThursdayEmployment Type: Temp-to-HireLocation: Chandler, AZ Ready to Put Your Welding Skills to Work?If you're looking for a second-shift welding role with premium benefits, modern facilities, and long-term potential, this could be your next career move.
