Welder/ Steel Fabricator wanted for year-round, long-term employment in NON-Union shop. West Valley, Phoenix area manufacturer is expanding, looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to fill full-time positions ASAP.

Applicant requirements:

• Mig and Dual Shield Experience.

• 3 years verifiable experience working with structural steel.

• Capable of passing welding tests in accordance to AWS D1.1.

• Experienced at reading blueprints and work orders.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Possess math skills necessary to accomplish day to day shop calculations.

• Able to lift material necessary to fabricate structural components.

• Ensure that safety is practiced at all times.

• Forklift experience

• Applicants must be able to arrive to work on time or early.
