Position Summary

We are seeking 2 skilled Welders to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, operating welding equipment, and producing high-quality work while following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding as required.
• Will often-times start the day at the Fab Shop in Tallahassee.
• Work with Cobalt Steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 4+ yrs welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing, shop, or construction environment.
• Welding certifications are a plus.
