Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality strength and adherence to specifications. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in good working order. Fabricate assemble and repair metal structures and parts according to job orders. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies. Grind deburr and finish welded products as required. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick). Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols. Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing environment. AWS certification (e.g. D1.1) or equivalent industry certification. Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Bonus Qualifications Experience with a variety of welding processes (e.g. TIG MIG Stick) beyond the primary requirement. Proficiency in basic metal fabrication cutting and grinding techniques. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints or engineering drawings including GD&T. Experience with quality control processes and visual inspection of welds. Forklift or overhead crane certification.
