Key Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG TIG Stick) on different materials (steel aluminum stainless steel). Interpret blueprints welding symbols and other technical specifications to determine the appropriate welding process. Inspect finished welds for quality defects and adherence to specifications using measuring instruments. Prepare materials for welding including cutting grinding cleaning and fitting components. Operate and maintain welding equipment tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure all welding activities comply with safety regulations quality standards and production schedules. Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with welding equipment or processes. Recommended Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in manufacturing welding environments. Proficiency in MIG TIG and/or Stick welding processes on various materials (e.g. steel stainless steel aluminum). Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols. Current AWS certification (e.g. D1.1 D1.2) or equivalent demonstrable welding qualifications. Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in a production setting.
