As a Welding Engineer youll ensure all welding processes meet customer quality and performance requirements through technical analysis process development and hands-on plant-floor support.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop maintain and optimize weld parameters procedures and documentationConduct weld inspections and analyze weld quality dataSupport PPAP customer audits and internal quality reviewsTroubleshoot welding and robotic automation issuesMaintain weld documentation including Paxit recordsParticipate in problem-solving corrective actions and continuous improvementAssist in launching new programs and supporting existing production operationsTrain production staff on weld quality requirements best practices and standardsRequirements & Qualifications2-year Welding Technologist/Technician education required; higher education preferredStrong understanding of welding metallurgy GMAW and resistance/projection weldingKnowledge of NDE fundamentalsExperience with industrial welding robots (troubleshooting & adjustments)Basic understanding of GD&T and metrologyStrong communication problem-solving and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work on a plant-floor production-driven scheduleFlexibility to work overtime or alternate shifts when requiredIf youre a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for welding quality and process improvement this Welding Engineer role is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.Job Order # 122966Stand-By Personnel Welding DivisionOffice Location:1531 East 2nd Street Tulsa Oklahoma 74120(Near the corner of Hwy 244 East and Utica)If you are interested in this position click the Apply button above to submit your application.
