Wellness Advisor / Front Desk Membership Sales - Senior, Lead or Manager level preferred at StretchLab Columbia

You have:
- Prior management or team-lead experience
- Sales or client-facing experience in wellness, hospitality, fine dining, or luxury retail
- The ability to influence, guide, and develop others
- Strong executive functioning skills — ability to prioritize, take ownership, and move initiatives forward to completion with minimal oversight, while ensuring thoughtful execution and details are accurate
- Confidence operating independently within established systems and standards, with self-management, integrity, and accountability
- Exceptional professionalism, maturity, and good judgment — serving as a trusted right hand to the owner while driving sales and business growth

You’re ready to:
- Create elevated, white-glove, personable client experiences that drive high-ticket sales, conversions, and long-term retention to ensure long-term sustainability and success of the business
- Follow up withwarmleads and past prospects by making 50+ outbound calls per day to continue conversations and guide next steps
- Confidently help people think through their lifestyle to make time and room in their life and budget for stretching to close membership sales and stretch packages
- Handle objections and customer service situations that require de-escalation with care, empathy, and poise, keeping client satisfaction top of mind while discerning what’s fair and reasonable for the business financially.
- Take initiative, anticipate studio and owner needs, and keep operations running smoothly, efficiently and to a standard of excellence

What You’ll Do
- Be the face and voice of the studio
- Deliver exceptional first-timer and member experiences consistently yourself and through other staff
- Drive membership sales and other revenue growth
- Support studio events and community outreach to drive lead collection and sales
- Collaborate with the team to keep daily operations flowing and regularly check in with the owner

Compensation & Benefits
- $16–$24 per hour + commissions + performance bonuses
- Clear growth path into Senior, Lead, or Manager roles — advancement possible within 90 days based on performance and fit (management track shared later in the hiring process)
