                                                                            Hiring for Full Time Wellness Director (LPN Licensure Required)

We are seeking an expierenced and compassionate  Wellness Director to lead our clinical and resident care services.

The Wellness Director is responsible for overseeing resident care services, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating healthcare needs and supporting clinical staff to provide exceptional care. 

The ideal candidate must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and have prior experience in assisted living facility.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience as a Wellness Director, Resident Care Coordinator

• Current, active LPN license in the State of Florida

• Must be able to multi-task in Clinical, Census Building, Move-in Welcoming, & Staffing

• Must love to make a difference in the care of elderly patients

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living.

• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of state ALF regulations and resident care standards.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
