The Role: Where Clinical Science Meets Parisian Elegance

Beauté Paris Med Spa and Wellness is seeking a refined, clinically grounded Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as the Lead Provider for Integrative Wellness and Body and Soul.

We are not a high-volume, procedure-driven clinic. We are a sanctuary. Our providers practice concierge-level medicine, serving as long-term partners in each patient’s health journey, from metabolic optimization to longevity-focused care.

This is a true lead position. There is no competing provider performing this role. You will be the primary and lead clinician overseeing Integrative Wellness and Body and Soul services, with full clinical ownership of these programs within a physician-led practice.

Unlike traditional medical settings with continuous patient volume, this role requires actively building and nurturing a personal clientele through outcomes, trust, education, and long-term relationships.

Clinical Focus and ResponsibilitiesConcierge Wellness Leadership

• Lead and deliver Concierge Journeys and Transformation Programs focused on sustained vitality and measurable outcomes
• Conduct 60-minute comprehensive integrative intakes and manage year-long wellness memberships with a white-glove standard of care
• Grow, retain, and steward a loyal concierge wellness patient base

Metabolic Optimization

• Manage physician-led weight management and metabolic optimization protocols using advanced GLP-1 therapies including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide
• Integrate lipotropic and metabolic support when clinically appropriate

Hormonal Harmony

• Lead gender-specific hormone optimization programs including BHRT and TRT
• Restore energy, drive, and resilience through precision dosing and lab-monitored care

Cellular Signaling and Peptides

• Prescribe and manage targeted peptide protocols for sleep, recovery, cognitive focus, and performance optimization

IV Nutrition and Body and Soul

• Oversee the Wellness Drips and Elixirs menu
• Ensure safety, protocol adherence, and consistent clinical standards across IV services

You will operate within an established, physician-led practice with defined protocols, operational support, and a concierge care model designed for depth of care rather than patient volume.

Who You Are

• Licensure: Active Texas PA-C or FNP license with prescriptive authority, in good standing
• Clinical Background: Experience in Integrative Health, Functional Medicine, Internal Medicine, Preventive Care, or related fields preferred
• Clinical Skillset: Comfortable interpreting advanced laboratory panels and managing longitudinal, relationship-based care
• Care Philosophy: Root-cause focused, patient-centered, and aligned with a refined, hospitality-driven medical model
• Practice Builder: Motivated to build and retain a personal concierge patient base within a supported clinical environment
• Professional Curiosity: Strong interest in longevity, regenerative medicine, and performance optimization

Compensation and Lifestyle

We believe in caring for the caregivers while aligning incentives with patient outcomes and practice growth.

• Guaranteed base hourly compensation: $65 to $80 per hour, based on experience, scope, and leadership responsibilities
• Performance commission: Commission is negotiated based on experience, role scope, and mutual alignment
