This role focuses on driving transformational programs building client relationships and enabling seamless delivery of innovative solutions that generate measurable business outcomes.This position emphasizes collaboration and leadership in developing strategies that enable clients to become digital-first organizations activate agile operating models and craft brand experiences that engage customers drive demand and foster loyalty. The role is based in the West Region.What You Can Expect:Digital Experience Platforms Directors are focused on developing and delivering strategic solutions across customer experience digital marketing commerce and data-driven decision-making. Your role will require you to:Collaborate directly with clients to bring forward-thinking ideas strategies and innovations that solve complex business challenges.Lead strategic engagements encompassing assessments roadmaps blueprints and value creation metrics.Oversee delivery excellence for martech and digital experience platform implementations ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectural solutions and deliver measurable digital experiences.Inspire teams and mentor future leaders fostering their growth within Protiviti and the broader digital ecosystem.Represent Protiviti at conferences publish thought leadership content and engage actively in the digital community.Build strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and driving repeat business through exceptional delivery.What Will Help You Be Successful:Proven experience in consulting or digital transformation with a focus on martech and experience platforms (e.g. Adobe Experience Cloud).Ability to scope and define goals for scalable impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences.Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to distill abstract challenges into actionable strategies and solutions.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills capable of inspiring teams and engaging clients at all levels.Extensive knowledge of digital marketing trends innovations and best practices across B2B and B2C industries.Experience leading delivery teams managing multiple engagements and driving measurable outcomes for clients.Passion for human-centered design innovation and creating amazing customer experiences.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across stakeholder groups effectively influencing and communicating across diverse business units.Do Your Talents Include the FollowingLeading business development efforts including proposals workshops and pitches.Confidence engaging senior executives and having art-of-the-possible conversations to explore ideas and address challenges.Driving program management and operational leadership in digital transformation initiatives.Guiding teams through change and fostering resilience during organizational shifts.Developing strategies for martech architectures and solutions that align with client success criteria.Promoting Protivitis mission vision and values while fostering collaboration across teams.Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:1215 years of experience in digital marketing customer experience or strategy.Minimum of 8 years in a leadership capacity defining data-enabled strategies and plans that improve business outcomes.Extensive experience managing martech and experience platform solutions particularly Adobe Experience Cloud (Experience Manager Target Campaign Analytics etc.).Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Marketing or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.Certifications such as Adobe Solution Architect Agile Scrum Master or equivalent are a plus.Do You Love Exploring New PlacesIt is expected that you will reside within a reasonable daily commute of your assigned Protiviti home office by your start date. Protiviti employees work in a hybrid environment which means you will be required to work from a variety of locations including your Protiviti home office an in-town and/or out-of-town client site and/or from a remote location such as your residence. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$199000.00 - $339000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.20%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
