WHEEL PRODUCTION- CHEESE (ANTIGO, WI) temp with temp to hire potential Pay & Schedule: Pay: $18.50/hour (paid weekly) Schedules Available: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM with an occasional Saturday 4am-4pm, rotating schedule Job Summary You will be responsible for the inspection, packaging, and tracking of cheese wheels, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect cheese and packaging materials for quality issues (mold, damage, foreign substances) Package cheese wheels by placing them on bagging racks, operating vacuum sealing and stretch wrap equipment, and properly palletizing products Track Inventory using a data collection device to scan lot tags and generate/apply accurate labels for traceability Move Product into storage coolers and processing areas using walk-behind and rider forklifts Maintain Records by documenting damaged products, lot numbers, and metal detector checks Sanitation of racks and boards using approved chemical solutions Follow all company safety policies (HACCP, GMP) and report food safety issues immediately Requirements & Physical Demands Age: Must be 18 years old (High School Diploma/GED preferred) Skills: Ability to read simple instructions, basic computer skills (Windows), fundamental math skills (counting, weight measurement), and legible record-keeping Physical: Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and work in a wet, humid environment with temperatures typically between 80-90 F PPE Required: Safety goggles, rubber/latex gloves, lab coat, and hearing protection (Criminal background check and pre-employment drug test will be conducted prior to placement) To Apply: Apply online at or submit your resume to Pandologic.
