Job Title: WI LTC CNA Job Location: New Lisbon WI Job Type: Contract Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Answer call lights Assist residents with ADLs including toileting transferring bathing grooming etc. Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse Obtain vitals weights and other information as needed Meet resident needs in a timely manner Report any allegations of abuse neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse Perform other duties as requested. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications to effectively perform job. An equivalent combination of education training and experience will be considered. Must have 2 references in order to submit profile. Certified Nursing Assistant certification required. Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
