Were committed to making a positive impact on the world providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities and fostering a culture where everyones empowered to be their best.Programs and maintains robotic cells by assisting in all phases of robotic design development production testing and operations.Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide input for fixture design on new and existing programs.Assist with the sourcing of equipment parts supplies and technical supportDevelops and maintains the layout of work cellsEstablish production/process standardsEstablish and monitor maintenance schedulesWrite and update specific work instructions for Robotic cells.Train personnel on equipment and processes.Maintain robots mechanical or electronic equipment and PLCs.Analyze robotic problems and help with root cause analysis and corrective measuresProvide feedback for longterm machine use/efficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements and modifications to ensure the greatest efficiency in the manufacturing environment with safety and productivity as a prioritySafely operate forklifts and other equipment required for job tasks.Observe all established safety rules and regulations including Lock Out Tag Out requirements and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly conditionQualifications and Education RequirementsAbove-average math skillsAbove average proficiency in office systems software word processing spreadsheetsGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate information to other employees and other departmentsAble to work well with others with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skills including the ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.Ability to successfully maneuver and operate a forklift truck Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent technical experience requiredMinimum of 2 years mechanical experienceExperience in electronics (including PLCs) requiredExperience in Mechanical Hydraulics and Neumatics reading blueprints/schematics requiredExposure to/experience with CAD programs preferredExperience in the plastics industry preferredExperience using a forklift preferredMust obtain and maintain a valid forklift license to hold the positionAll required WilbertU Courses based on job titlePay Range:28.80 - 35.20We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical dental vision 401k matching and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
