Summary Window and Door Service Lead - Tampa, FLAs a Window and Door Service Lead, you will coordinate Field Service team activities, provide leadership, and ensure technical accuracy and outstanding customer service. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Location: Tampa, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 .–3:30 . Responsibilities Lead & Support: Guide Field Service technicians, ensuring safety and compliance. Scheduling: Prepare schedules, approve absences/overtime, and maintain workflow. Problem-Solving: Assist with complex service issues and make resolution decisions. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to Field Service and Manufacturing teams. Training: Ensure proper training and development for team members. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and participate in performance reviews. Software Administration: Manage Field Service software, reporting, and user setup. Hands-On Work: Operate tools as needed and maintain company vehicle. Qualifications Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Decision-Making: Ability to assess complex situations and prioritize effectively. Math & Reasoning: Basic calculations and problem-solving skills. Certifications: Laminated Reglazing and Aerial Lift Truck operation (or ability to obtain).️ Physical Requirement: Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
