This role involves conducting regular vulnerability assessments coordinating with both on site and remote user workstation to address any identified vulnerabilities and implement security measures to mitigate found vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: Regular monitor vulnerability scans performed on systems and applications. Mitigate found vulnerabilities by contacting users and Remoting into Laptops to perform Patching. Identify and document security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies. Work closely with IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are promptly addressed and mitigated. Develop and maintain vulnerability management procedures and documentation. Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Stay informed about emerging security threats technologies and best practices. Provide support during security audits and assessments by third-party entities. Provide technical support to users when needed. MUST HAVES: 4 years of experience in an Windows IT Services End-user Support or Endpoint Administrator role Experience in vulnerability assessment and management. Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus MECM and Intune Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
