Electrical / Mechanical Assembler (Wire Harness Technician)
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM2:30 PM
Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical / Mechanical Assembler to help build electrical and sheet-metal parts used in aerospace products. This role involves hands-on assembly work using tools, fixtures, adhesives, and soldering equipment. You will help move products through the production process by building parts accurately and safely.
What You'll Do
Assemble electrical components and sheet-metal parts according to customer specifications
Perform soldering, induction brazing, and work with glass parts
Use epoxy and adhesives during assembly
Read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings
Review drawings to help determine if new work can be quoted
Perform visual inspections of your work
Required Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of experience in aerospace manufacturing
2 years assembling electrical components
2 years soldering experience
At least 1 year of mechanical assembly
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
Must speak and read English
High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 40 lbs regularly
Able to sit or stand for long periods
Must have corrected vision of 20/20 for visual inspections
Must be able to wear required PPE
Overtime may be required
Work Environment
This is a hands-on production role in an aerospace manufacturing setting. You will work as part of a small, tight-knit team with supportive leadership and steady work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.
