Wireless Account Representative at Mountain Peak Marketing Inc

Mountain Peak Marketing Inc is hiring a Wireless Account Representative to support our AT&T campaign. In this role, a Wireless Account Representative will work face-to-face with business clients to manage accounts, drive sales, and explain AT&T service options. The Wireless Account Representative position focuses on building strong client relationships while supporting sales growth and maintaining accurate account management tied to AT&T solutions. This role requires strong attention to detail and consistency. Each Wireless Account Representative is expected to communicate clearly, handle account information accurately, and contribute to overall sales performance through professional client interactions Responsibilities of a Wireless Account Representative: Engage in face-to-face interactions with business clients to present AT&T services and generate sales Manage, update, and maintain client accounts as a Wireless Account Representative Provide clear, accurate information to support both account management and sales decisions Assist with account setup, service changes, and ongoing support Work with the Wireless Account Representative team to meet and exceed sales targets Maintain organized records and a professional, client-focused approach Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in sales, client relations, or customer-facing roles is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts Effective communication skills and a professional approach to face-to-face interactions Ability to succeed and grow within a Wireless Account Representative role Training is provided so every Wireless Account Representative can develop the skills needed to succeed while working with AT&T services.
